Journal

Welcome to my Journal
Insights from the Path
There’s practical advice, and then there’s putting it into action. Sometimes we don’t know where to start—that’s where the Actually Yes blog comes in. Other times, we have an idea of what to do but feel overwhelmed or hesitant when it’s time to implement those skills in real life. When your past was scary AF, creating a future from scratch can feel way too risky without a map or an assured outcome.
That’s where this journal comes in. It offers insights from my hard-earned, well-worn path of recovery, healing, and mastering life skills. It documents how I untangled the impact of a dysfunctional upbringing, broke the cycle, and built a life of stability, meaning, and joy. And today, it’s about how I continue to grow and refine the way I care for myself.
If seeing how I’ve made it through gives you even a small glimmer of encouragement to step into a new reality of empowered creation and fulfillment, then this journal has done its job. Your inner self—the part that’s protected you all these years—might just feel a little more willing to take an extraordinary leap forward into a life that’s currently unknown, but soon to be celebrated, cherished, and way better than you ever could have imagined.
You can do this. Let’s go!
