By completing a purchase from Actually Yes Media, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. Please read them before purchasing.

What This Covers

These terms apply to all purchases from Actually Yes Media, including:

Digital products (guides, meditations, audio files, PDFs, templates)
Online courses and programs
1:1 sessions (body connection, Reiki, somatic guidance)

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

Digital Products

Delivery: Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email or download link.

License: You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the product for your own learning and growth.

You may not:

Share, forward, or redistribute the content
Resell or use commercially without written permission
Upload to shared drives or group libraries

Refund Policy: All sales of digital products are final. Because these products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds.

Courses & Programs

Access: Access duration is stated on the sales page at time of purchase (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, lifetime access).

Updates: Course content may be updated, modified, or retired at our discretion.

Refund Policy: Unless a specific refund window is stated on the sales page at time of purchase, all course sales are final. If a refund period is offered, it will be clearly listed on the sales page and any refund request must be submitted in writing within that timeframe.

1:1 Sessions

Scheduling: Sessions are booked through our scheduling system.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session to avoid fees
Changes within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 50% fee
Changes within 1 hour of your appointment and no-shows are charged in full

Session Packages: Must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.

What These Sessions Are: These sessions provide somatic awareness, body connection, energy balancing, and intuitive support. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is offered.

Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, you agree to:

Complete all scheduled payments
Maintain a valid payment method
Allow automatic charges according to the plan schedule

Failed payments may result in suspended access until payment is received.

Initiating a chargeback as a substitute for direct communication or for canceling outside of the stated refund window is a breach of these terms and results in immediate removal from all products and services.

Growth + Results Disclaimer

Growth and transformation are non-linear and unfold differently for everyone. Your experience will depend on many factors, including your own engagement, personal history, nervous system capacity, and life circumstances.

While the tools and practices offered can support emotional clarity and somatic awareness, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, shifts, or transformations, including but not limited to:

Emotional or energetic changes
Physical sensations or releases
Personal breakthroughs or clarity
Life, relationship, or business outcomes

Submit a fraudulent payment or initiate a chargeback outside of the stated refund policy

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actually Yes Media is not liable for:

Your results or outcomes from using our products or services
Platform outages or technical issues beyond our control
Decisions you make based on our content or guidance

Your use of our products and services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
