Actually Yes exists to help high-achieving women step out of overdrive and return to a life that feels steady, intentional, and deeply their own. Through practical, body-led somatic practices and gentle energy work, we guide you back to the inner clarity your system has been trying to signal all along.

Embodied clarity is the heart of my work. It helps women shift out of overdrive and into steady, grounded ease. It’s not about trying harder. It’s about learning to work with your body instead of against it.

The Embodied Clarity Path™ is a simple, somatic journey that guides you through four gentle stages.

Hi, I’m Audrey Christine, and I walked through what so many women are still navigating: the quiet tension of working so hard on my life and not feeling good in the process. For years, I pushed through burnout, trying to solve each new physical flare-up or emotional spiral on its own. I had a strategy for my mindset, a protocol for my body, a plan for my goals… but nothing seemed to add up to the kind of ease and fulfillment I was craving.

The turning point wasn’t one more insight. It was when I stopped treating my mind, body, and energy as separate projects and began processing in my body what I was working so hard to create in my life. When I shifted from managing symptoms to following an embodied path, everything finally started to shift and flow in the right direction. I could feel myself changing, not just trying to.

Through massage therapy and holistic health practitioner training, Reiki certification, and over 20 years of practice, I discovered that true regulation isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about connecting within and remembering the wisdom your body has held all along. That understanding became the foundation of The Embodied Clarity Path™, my framework for translating complex nervous system research into grounded, livable practices. I’m here to help you build a strong, steady foundation for your future, one rooted in safety, body trust, and sustainable calm. Not another quick fix. Actual change through deepened awareness within.
